RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Before purchasing, please remember all products have been used unless otherwise stated.
Any defects of the items will be stated in the description. 

You have the right to return any items up to 7 days after delivery.

Refunds are given for returned items within 7 days of receiving the items back. Refunds will only be given if they are in returned undamaged and in returned in the original packaging.

We do not refund any returns, returned to us damaged. Unless they have been delivered to you damaged.

Postage is non-refundable.

RETURNING DAMAGED OR FAULTY GOODS.

In very rare cases, should you receive your items damaged, we will ensure that you will either receive a replacement or a refund. Should you wish to return the damaged item, we will pay for the return shipping.

GB Vintage Market will require you to take a photo of the damaged items for a refund, if no photo of the damaged items are received, no refund will be given. You must inform us within 3 days of receipt of your order of any damaged or faulty goods.
